What inspired you to become an entrepreneur, and how did your journey begin?

Money and profits. I started selling 50$ watches for 300$ and understood that my mere 10$/hr job was making me poor.

What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve faced as a CEO, and how did you overcome it?

Understanding that running a company on humans would not scale as much as running on AIs. Needed to hire and fire over 1k employees to get that.

How do you stay ahead of trends and changes in your industry?

By Podcasting, masterminding with my competition and writing/thinking and maintaining my brain healthy.

What’s your approach to building a strong company culture?

I don’t have employees but partners: other high-level CEOs/Founders. I maintain a strong culture by being myself: refining my values and doing good.

How do you balance short-term business goals with long-term vision?

I invest about 95% in Long Term at this point. I don’t do Short Term.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to aspiring entrepreneurs?

Start and don’t stop.

How do you handle failure, and what role does it play in your growth?

I take it like a man. I digest it and dissect it with time, taking important lessons. Exposure makes you stronger.
